"What is the minimum and maximum people catered for"
Minimum 10 persons to maximum 150 persons
"Is their a limit of travelling distance to a venue"
The travelling distance to a venue would be discussed with client. This is generally not a problem.
"Do I have to arrange and book the function room myself"
Yes, it is usual that the client arranges the room and venue.
"Is there strict guidance on the type of food offered"
All tastes are catered for. International food is my speciality.
All client's requirements are discussed well in advance and agreed
accordingly. Menus are offered with advice.
"How much notice would be required to book a catering event"
It is important to ensure that a two week booking is made in advance of the venue.
"Would you arrange evening visits at my home to discuss catering requirements"
This would not be a problem. A meeting can be arranged at a client's home
or anywhere a client finds convenient.
"Would I have to provide table displays -
Yes, the client provides all the necessary tableware. Provision may be provided
if necessary. Details are discussed. I always cater 100% to the client’s needs.
"I have a christening party coming up. Would you cater for such an occasion"
Most definitely. All types of functions are catered for and most welcome.
"Would refreshments be provided such as alcohol, fruit juices etc"
The client must provide their wines and/or fruit juices etc
"I prefer sit down meals -
Any types of food catering is considered. Buffets, 3 course meals.
A client's catering needs are paramount and all requirements discussed
with care and attention. Food is prepared exquisitely and artistically.
There will be no disappointments.
"I would like hot food served as a buffet. Do you provide equipment to keep food hot"
Most certainly. It is indeed an important factor and warming equipment is
available when and if necessary.
"I have an anniversary celebration to arrange. There will be around 100 people attending. Will this be expensive"
All areas of pricing are discussed at the first meeting with the client.
I can advise and will discuss menus to ascertain needs and requirements.
